Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on all subscription orders.
- Free standard shipping on all 60-pack one-time orders.
- Free standard shipping on any one-time order of $100 or more.
- One-time orders under $100 — a single 30-pack — are charged a flat $11 standard shipping at checkout.
- Express shipping is available on any order for $15 as an add-on at checkout, including on subscription orders.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched from Australia, usually within 1 business day. Estimated delivery from dispatch:
- Standard — metro: 2–4 business days
- Standard — regional & rural: 4–7 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
International
We ship internationally to selected countries, with rates calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Estimated delivery from dispatch:
- New Zealand: 6–12 business days
- North America & Asia: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 10–21 business days
- Rest of world: 10–25 business days
International delivery times are estimates and may vary with customs processing.
Returns
If something isn't right, get in touch within 30 days of delivery. Unopened packs can be returned for a refund or exchange, and we'll cover return shipping on faulty or incorrect items.
