Athlete in hard training

Who's This For?

Most brands will tell you their product is for everyone. We won't. HIIT was built for a specific kind of person, and if that isn't you, you probably don't need it. We'd rather be honest about that than sell you something you'll never finish.

Who's this for

Who it's for

HIIT is built for people who train hard and sweat for it: gym, CrossFit and HYROX athletes pushing real intensity; runners, cyclists and team-sport players going long or going hard; anyone training or working in the heat, where sweat losses climb fast; and people who want creatine and electrolytes handled in one daily habit.

Who it's for

Who it's not for

If you're after a lightly flavoured water to sip at a desk, this isn't it. HIIT is dosed for output, with 1000mg of sodium and a full 5g of creatine per serve. That's deliberate, and it's more than a mostly sedentary day calls for. There's no shame in not needing it.

Dosed for output

Why the doses are high

A token pinch of salt and a sprinkle of creatine make for tidy marketing and not much else. We dosed HIIT around what hard training actually depletes, so the numbers do something rather than just sit on a label. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, or unsure how creatine or a higher-sodium product fits you, check with your doctor first. Used by the people it's made for, HIIT is simple. We'd just rather you use it well.
